Chief executive officer

Transitions is a highly respected, comprehensive center for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other serious crimes. Established in 1976, Transitions serves three counties in central PA with prevention/education, legal advocacy, counseling, professional training, and shelter. 

 

Transitions’ Board of Directors seeks a CEO with leadership and development experience to direct the management and expansion of its programs and facilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about empowering individuals/families and will have demonstrated success in program, staff, and fiscal management.

Experience in grant writing, development, and fundraising is required. Familiarity with non-profit organizations is helpful. Bachelor’s degree with experience required; graduate degree preferred. Resumes will be accepted until October 5th or until the position is filled.

Supervised visitation and custody exchange monitor

Transitions of PA is seeking a Supervised Visitation and Custody Exchange Monitor for our Fairl Family Justice Center. This position is responsible for providing a safe, secure environment, physically and emotionally, for children by supervising visits and custody exchanges with non-custodial parents. This is a part-time position that includes evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will have an Associate's Degree in a Human Services related field and/or equivalent experience.
