Do you want to help build an LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive community?
Transitions needs your help.
Partner abuse in LGBTQ+ [Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer] communities is a serious public health and community issue, occurring in approximately 25-33 percent of relationships where one or more partner identifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgender.

The need for more inclusive services for LGBTQ+ survivors is great in all areas, especially shelter and housing.

How can you help?
Join Transitions and a workgroup of community volunteers to identify:
- the current status of Transitions' services to LGBTQ+ communities;
-the gaps in services for LGBTQ+ survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault; and
-formulate a strategic plan to improve access and services to these populations.
