Do you want to help build an LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive community?

Transitions needs your help.
Partner abuse in LGBTQ+ [Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer] communities is a serious public health and community issue, occurring in approximately 25-33 percent of relationships where one or more partner identifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgender.
The need for more inclusive services for LGBTQ+ survivors is great in all areas, especially shelter and housing.
